For over twenty years we have been passionate about showcasing the best of Tasmanian seafood and primary produce.

Stuart Prosser has trained in some of the finest restaurants in the world and as brought his love of cooking to Prosser's.

The atmosphere is relaxed with friendly professional service provided by Nicki Prosser and her waiters to compliment our internationally inspired menu of contemporary and modern seafood and non seafood dishes. 

 We have Hobarts only Live Fish Tanks Providing Fresh Lobster, Abalone and King Crabs.*
